"The front desk/reception personnel were very courteous, respectful and helpful, the room we were assigned, although a bit small for our taste, was very clean well provided. And the breakfast buffet on the sixth floor, was to die for. All in all, I would rate this hotel, and our two-day stay, as a 4.5 to 5. "

"This was a great location walking distance to many restaurants, markets, cathedral, etc. the hotel was very clean and shower warm and nice. The staff weren’t very helpful with recommendations or information, but friendly. Breakfast was good and nice place to sit and start the day. "

"Hotel is really well positioned for all the major attractions of Granada, but finding it when driving is a nightmare. Take the train then get a taxi. Room was large, clean and reasonably fresh. We had a junior suite with a balcony. Don't be fooled by the 'balcony". There's no view other than the building opposite. "
