"Hotel is in great location for walk to Alhambra, near hop on hop off bus and has so many shops, restaurants, Traditional tapas bars, cafes and places of interest within short walking distance. Hotel is a lovely old renovation that has so many quirky, traditional furniture in. All well maintained, very clean with comfortable and crisp bedding. You even have tea/coffee facilities in the room. "

"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite. "

"Overall an excellent stay from the moment I checked in to when I left. The room I had was newly renovated, quite large, well laid out, eco friendly (although a recycling bin would have been good) and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and the shower (controls) the best and easiest to use. A small Juliet type balcony was a really nice addition. I was offered daily breakfast at a promotional price and the buffet was good and very adequate. The staff at the hotel were all excellent but...

"The location is fantastic; it is in the Gothic District and very close to many museums and churches. However, the hallways inside the hotel are very dark. It doesn't match the vibe of the lobby which is modern and bright. The service people are just ok. They are not too friendly. They need to smile little bit to make the guest feel welcomed. "
