"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. "We enjoyed our stay at Ona Valle Romano. There are a number of self catering apartments with reception and 2 restaurants. We were very happy with our apartment which had a good balcony overlooking the golf course. We did not have any meals but breakfast and evening meals are provided. The WiFi worked well, although there was only one channel on the TV in English. Good hot water. There is free parking outside the accommodation, only problem is later in the evening it is difficult to find a spot."

"The on-line registration and check-in process was overly complicated. Apart from that we thought Slow Suites Sestas was a great place to stay, with all of downtown Seville within walking distance. Large, clean, comfortable and well-equipped suite. Excellent value!"

"First experience was honestly not good, but once I found the right person to talk to, we had a great time. Lovely apartment with hot tub on the balcony, sea view, good facilities in the kitchenette, superb customer service (second time around anyway!). Some lovely rooms including a fully fitted kitchen, great sound system and very comfy beds. "Overall very good, an extra room chair besides the couch would help make the room even better. Kitchenette was good and had all we needed. The coffee maker was a pod unit and should really come with at least a couple to get started and to know what to buy for more coffee. The room did have a small two cup espresso maker which we ended up using as we had some coffee. "

"Location on beach front next coffee shops, restaurants beach activities and closeness to old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like that the property charged me $3/night for using the safe inside the unit. Also, if you happen to be driving a car, dropping luggage off at property on such a busy street before knowing where to park can be very challenging."

"We felt very welcome and loved the apartment. Anna in reception was friendly and helpful. She made our stay even more pleasant. There were flyers in the room with events. We went to a delightful concert that we would not have known about without that help. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!! "

"Sarah the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. We were able to check in early which was appreciated as we were tired. The amenities (eggs, juice, bread, butter, water filter, slippers) were incredibly thoughtful! Felt right at home and you cannot beat the location to everything! What an experience. "

"We stayed for 6 nights February 2024. Location is nice and secure. The room was very well stocked with laundry (washing machine is in your own apartment) and kitchen supplies (including an electric water kettle). Apartment was very nice and spacious and the bedroom was cool upstairs with circular stairs. One oddity, the shower is small and does not have a curtain/door behind you so water can get all over. Will definitely come back."

"Our room was very well-appointed and spacious. There was a living room area and kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, burner and dishes/utensils. The mini- bar items water, coke and beer were included in our stay. They also have us apples. The room was clean although, the shower walls could use a good scrub with a brush. "Had been contacted before for personal info. Staff we very upbeat on arrival. The room was fab, had a sofa and table with kitchen. Bed was really comfy, shower was fab. Also had a great roof terrace, you can see the sun go down. Can also use washing machine and tumble drier if needed. The breakfast room was a couple of minutes walk from our block. "Very clean and close to the airport! Hope they have an airport shuttle so that more people could choose the location. The local bus A is close and walkable but most of the bus drivers don’t speak English, which makes it harder to figure out where to stop. "

"Recently remodeled-from check-in to checkout our stay was wonderful. Amazing remodeling of the hotel. The room was well decorated and the beds comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast had an amazing variety of food and flavours with a great helpful staff. Eggs/omelets cooked to order. A real experience every morning. The terrace on top of the hotel had a great view of the city and Sierra Nevada mountains-with a full bar/food service. Front desk was professional and always willing to help in any way. It’s been said location location location and this hotel had it. Perfectly located near shopping, restaurants and historic buildings. A must stay!!"
