"Comfortable hotel in the heart of Granada - all areas are quite walkable from this location. Staff was very polite and helpful, with good tips regarding sightseeing. The only thing - hotel had weak Wi-Fi - we were placed in the corner room (123) and our phones were losing connection to wifi as we were getting from hall to the bedroom. Other than that, all good."

"Hotel is really well positioned for all the major attractions of Granada, but finding it when driving is a nightmare. Take the train then get a taxi. Room was large, clean and reasonably fresh. We had a junior suite with a balcony. Don't be fooled by the 'balcony". There's no view other than the building opposite. "
