"The staff were fantastic. Utter stars. They seemed genuinely delighted to help accommodate us. The views of the Alhambra were magnificent. Can't believe we could sleep while looking at it. Easy transport, hop on hop off train literally outside the door and taxis/ local bus just outside up the hill nearer Alhambra entrance. Rooms are spotless and staff is pretty friendly and available for help, even though the hotel is understaff for a 4 star hotel and most of the time they only count with one employee in the front desk to solve everything for everyone.
