"The hotel was beautiful, very clean and great eco friendly bathroom products. Hand soap/ shower gel was very high quality, similar to L'Occitane products. Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great info for traditional restaurants and places to visit. We had a fun, full packed three day's, and really enjoyed drinks on an evening on the roof terrace. Can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough. Thank you for our wonderful city break. "

"The room was lovely and grand. The hotel has history and pretty architecture. Classy rooms. Receptionists were nice and informative. They gave us welcome drink on the roof. However, the dining area is closed all day, it is only used for breakfast. There is no room service or food, you have to eat out. no microwave in the hotel to even heat up any food you may have brought home. "We have just returned from an 8-night stay at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing. We arrived late in the evening, just 15 min before the restaurant was about to close. The lady at the reception (Rachel) was very polite, professional and helpful. "On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. "Apartment was very spacious and really enjoyed having our own pool. Beach club was lovely, shame we couldn’t have access anytime. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. The restaurant that was open was great, food and service was wonderful, but on the pricey side, nice for a treat, nothing for everyday dining available. We had hired a car so could go elsewhere, otherwise you would need taxis. Small issue in wardrobes, no full length hanging space for dresses!...

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. You feel welcomed from the start, very friendly staff. It is a quiet place for families and retirees, not for party folks. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, it has everything you may need to make your own meals. Which is great when you are on a budget or don't feel like going to a restaurant.
