"We stayed in a double room with mountain view for one night. We hoped to get a good view on Mt. Fuji while soaking in the private Jaccuzi but unfortunately, due to bad weather, there was no view whatsoever. However, the private Jacuzzi was still a very great experience, regardless of the weather. The room was also extremely spacious and clean. "The room was a very nice size for Japan. It is easiest to arrive by taxi, but only about 10-15 minutes walk from a couple bus stops. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to good restaurants and shops. It was a nice play to stay. "

"We had a great stay. The room only had one pillow, but an additional one could be obtained from the reception area. The bathroom was very tight, but functional. Breakfast ended at 8:30, which seemed a bit early, but the hotel worked for our needs. "

"The family room is spacious for family for 4. On arrival, was informed that the staffs are trying to fix a broken lock for the room, and offer to help bring luggage to the room. While in the room, there was a power trip and the staff was able to help fix the issue within 10min. Really thankful for the responsiveness of the staff. "

"This room has a gorgeous view of Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji. The view beats any other view of Mount Fuji including fuse from Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako. Simply stunning and one of the most gorgeous view of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I will definitely go back someday."

"We rented a room that said to have a double or two twin beds. It ended up giving us a double bed. We requested for 2 twin beds. They said no more for the next 2 nights. After they found out that we’re going to say 3 night, they gave us a 2 twin beds roomed with extra fee. The staff was polite and listened to us patiently 👍. They offered two types of breakfast with lots of choices 👍👍"

"We had an incredible experience using the public onsens eating ate the delicious buffet with a various wonderful Japanese foods. It was so fun getting to dress in the kimonos they provided in a variety of colors and designs. Magical place overlooking the majestic beauty of lake Ashinoko. "
