"We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt. Rooms were incredibly clean and updated. Everyone on staff was helpful from check in to utilizing the train system to get around the city. The continental breakfast exceed our expectations and had a lot of variety and quality food options. We had an issue with our plumbing but it was addressed quickly by the staff. This hotel is also close the the Gateway Center (walkable) which had many food options with a food court. We would stay again in a heartbeat."

"we really enjoyed our stay. our kids loved that they could swim late because the pool didnt close until 12pm the room was great but the bed sheets were rough and scratchy, and they didn't have any spare linens or blankets stocked in the arimour to use for the pull out sofa"

"Room was wonderful and clean. We appreciated the nice AC and blackout curtains after a long day of traveling. We left a blanket behind and they held it for us for days until we passed back through. We were so thankful for this as it has sentimental value. "
