Location is very easy to reach, and being a quick walk from the Delta was amazing! Jodi at check in was very nice and helpful, even asking how it was going later that night while I was walking through the lobby. Paid parking, kind of a bummer. My favorite thing was the ability to text with the hotel, more places need that! Room was nice and comfortable, no complaints. Fridge and microwave! The restaurant inside was very nice. Jodee was a fabulous server. Food was great and not too pricey. Would stay here again.

There was no vending Machine or option to buy otc medicine. The only option is a Maverick about 1/4 of a mile away or a Walgreens .08 miles. They are adding a Starbucks but not yet open. I asked the staff for two towels that never came.

There was not a difference between a regular room and the upgrade I received and paid for… they put a few bathrobes and slippers in the closet and called it a suite. The floors were gross I don’t think they have been swept in a while! There were dry noodles in the corner and wrappers next to the bed…My friend was next to us and her experience was the similar. The VIP service that I received was 2 waters… weird
