"I recently stayed at the Hawthorne Hotel in Salem for a paranormal investigation for my YouTube channel @ThisGhostStory — and what an experience! The hotel is elegant, timeless, and full of character. While we were there, a wedding rehearsal dinner was taking place, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. The refined charm and historic ambiance make it an ideal venue for a romantic event. The staff was welcoming, the location is perfect for exploring Salem, and the energy in the hotel is definitely something special. "Just did an overnight after a long international flight. Room was comfy and clean, had dinner at the Mexican restaurant attached to the property and it was great not having to go find food after a long travel day. I did call from the airport and ask if we could get into our room early from our long flight if it was ready, but they told me it would be an extra charge, so we sat in the lobby for two hours and waited until official check-in. That would have been a nice accommodation, but otherwise it has been a good resting place."
