Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so...

The staff were quite nice and accommodating (not everyone spoke English but this was not a problem). A delicious breakfast was provided and there is offsite parking available. For some reason my hotels.com booking was not found by the receptionist when we checked in which was somewhat concerning. The night receptionist gave us two single rooms when we had booked one double. This became an issue when we were checking out as we were charged a higher amount than we had booked for. Eventually after much discussion it was resolved thankfully. I would stay here again. "
