This hotel is huge but welcoming. The room was a decent amount of space with a comfortable bed. I love that you can do your laundry here. This is a plus for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel for travelling families because of this feature. There is only one washing machine and one dryer but the facilitate free.

Hotel staff are exceptional, especially the young gentleman on the hotels reception. Big clean hotel with decent facilities and a nice clean smelling and friendly vibe to it. As daft as it sounds you feel safe in the hotel. The entrance of the hotel looks directly onto Magdeburg translation which is perfect for commuting to airports and major cities.

Our room was dated and could use some renovations. The room doesn’t have self control heater/ac. A couple staffs didn’t really speak English nor being helpful when needed nor friendly to foreigners unless you speak German.

The Maritim Hotel in Magdeburg is in every way a magnificent hotel. The staff were second to none in their efforts to make their guests feel at home. For example, I had a small technical problem with the TV. A quick explanation from reception and it was fine. They followed up with me shortly after, not by phone to the room. They personally came to my room on the sixth floor. A truely brilliant hotel

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Maritim Hotel Magdeburg Ein gepflegtes Haus mit stilvoller Atmosphäre – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv: die gemütliche Bar für den Ausklang am Abend, die Schwimmhalle und der Fitnessbereich – das morgendliche Schwimmen war ein echtes Plus. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel, mit bequemen Betten und ausreichend Stauraum. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Klimaanlage bzw. Lüftung kühlte nicht richtig – hier wäre etwas Nachbesserung wünschenswert. Ansonsten: ein wirklich gelungenes Hotel – wir kommen gern wieder.

Es war soweit ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut. Leider wurden einige Sachen nicht aufgefüllt, es entstand der Eindruck sie hatten ein bestimmtes Kontingent zur Verfügung und wenn das verbraucht war, gab es nichts mehr. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlte die Möglichkeit sich mal einen Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu kochen. Im Bad hat es stark aus den Abflüssen gerochen um nicht zu sagen gestunken. Dies war sehr störend und total unangenehm. Im Vergleich zu früheren Aufenthalten, hat das Hotel schon bessere Zeiten gehabt.
