"The reception staff were great. Room was huge with 2 king size beds. Some of the furniture didn’t match, black table on one side of the room & wood everywhere else? The floor tiles in the bathroom were uneven with some grout missing and the bathroom door was sticking on the floor. We loved the idea that if you stayed 2 nights or more and did not request your room to be made up you received a £5 voucher to spend at the bar, brilliant idea. "I was really surprised at how spacious the room was - there was lots of room to move and to spread out. Bed was comfy and the extra cushions were good. I liked the room in the bathroom and having a bath in a hotel room for the price i paid was a luxury. Desk staff were helpful, security on the door, housekeepers who were friendly. Only downside was the not having the plug socket by the bed but walking across the room not a hassle."
