"My two boys and I cycled Seoul to Busan. I reserved this hotel for our night before taking the bus back to Seoul (with our bikes). The hotel was in a perfect location, near the biking trail and 5 min away from the Sasang bus terminal. "Although this hotel was impossible to find on Google maps it is very nice inside. The hotel is connected to another hotel H hotel I believe and they were so much more helpful than mine. Should have booked with them. There is no one to help check in, they sent me a code for my room but after the first day the code changed and no one would reply to my message. Rooms and hallways smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke and the air purifier in the room smelled heavily of mildew, making the room smell even worse after turning it on. The strength of both smells was enough to give our group headaches. "The hotel is so messed up. I never imagine such a hotel could be found in Korea. It's so unkempt, no provision of the usual things like batting soap, body cream, toothpaste, etc. The bed sheets were so dirty and unwashed. Dirty colored towel. My spouse had a quarrel with me for making such a booking. I regretted my stay there. It's a complete disregard to customers. Complete insensitivity by the management "

"A centrally located hotel in the city of Busan - steps away from the Underground - with a very gracious, efficient staff always ready to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Room was spacious; comfortable beds, roomy storage, desk and seating area. Our room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. Did have a very minor issue with room safe and how to set the code (my lack of Korean!) but once operational instructions were found, it was soon very easy to set and use. Fresh robes, slippers, and fresh towels are available daily, but hotel is very concious of using ‘Green’ methods regarding housekeeping so that’s an added bonus. Loved the mind blowing choices for both the Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet (served daily) with the entire exceptionally gracious ‘La Seine’ staff providing us with a great start to each day. An extra bonus while staying at the LOTTE BUSAN HOTEL was the underground Food Hall - with dozens of cafés, restaurants, dessert options, and shops. Luxury brands offered inside the LOTTE Department Store a couple floors above the Food Hall. We did not use the outdoor heated pool but saw many other guests enjoying it. Our 4 day stay in the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN after having stayed at the LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL CITY for a full week - was the perfect place to finish off our 12 days in Korea!"
