"The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. "The staff at Pyramids View In hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The view of the pyramids/ sphinx from the rooms were immaculate and beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning! The staff even surprised us with a cake for our birthday! loved the convenient location, as for attractions out of walking distance, the hotel staff were able to arrange drivers for activities same day! Overall an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!"
