"Front desk people are lovey and very helpful. Staff on the phone as well. My calls are picked up instantly. I also love that the hotels profits go towards helping hosting the vulnerable people in this city, and they have lovely non-plastic little wooden room cards and no disturb door cards. "

"The room was pristinely clean and had everything I need. The area was perfect and walkable to nearly anything you could want. The front-desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The only issue was some noise from one of the guests on my floor throughout the night, and there is a bar somewhere nearby that was playing loud music late into the night. But I was up all night anyway, so that wasn't too much of an issue in my experience."

"The room was clean. The front desk staff was amazing as always. Burrard Inn is situated very well for the west end shoppers and diners. And of course St Pauls is across the street for those visiting sick relations. Plus check out time is noon. 11AM comes so quickly when you are packing to go."

"Stayed across different hotels in Toronto, Calgary, and Yellowknife, i would say that this is the best hotel stay ever. Room was cleaned and towels replaced daily, housekeepers were the sweetest! Toilet floors are heated and temperature control is good. Gym was very well-equipped and had both strength and functional side. This hotel was a stock exchange building and they refurbished it really well, not dated at all. "
