"Location and accessibility is so convenient! Right next to American Village and Sunset Beach. We loved everything about our stay. My kids especially enjoyed the pajamas for the whole family. The laundry facilities were great as well. We didn’t get to enjoy the onsen because of our tattoos, but I think it’s such a nice touch for anyone able to use it. "

The only down side was when we were checking in, we had a staff member that was quite condescending regarding tattoos in the onsen. "The DoubleTree Hilton is located right next to the monorail for easy access to Naha. I could not fault the staff - - the service was exceptional. We stayed during New Year - - peak season - - could not complain.
