"If I could give this a 6 star, I would. This place had everything great. They had a gift shop, they had a restaurant, they had a bar, they had options for rooms if you want to see Fuji-Q or Mt. Fuji. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and diligent. They have great hospitality. I would book this place again just to relive the feeling of my first time there."

"What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The buffet was very delicious. The onsen was heaven. We had our own tub on the balcony that was a dream. The shuttle stops frequently and can take you quite far, and can get you connected to the trains. They have free coffee and ice cream that my kids were obsessed with. Connected to a nice market and a water park. Breathtaking views!"
