"Very nice hotel, loved the lounging floor and laundry services, very clean, didn’t really like the glass door to bathroom would have preferred a regular door but the place was very clean and had everything we needed. Was nice and close to train and bus station "

"The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. The is a market just doors down from the hotel and you can get almost anything you could need there."

"Stayed for one night when visting Bern. Great hotel. Super clean, helpful staff and the continental breakfast was terrific. It totally exceeded my expecations and I'd stay there again. Very close to the train station which is convenient. Highly recommend!"

"Our experience was great. Hotel has a great easy to walk location and the views from the balcony is amazing. The service was impeccable and without question the room was one of the better ones we've stayed in, very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bathroom, the Nexpresso machine gave it a nice touch. I would recommend it to anybody."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable, and we got complimentary items from the minibar the whole stay. I don’t know if that’s standard, but we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious! They have a really nice buffet. It’s not cheap, but it was really good.
