The ladies at reception are very friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room and also enjoyed complimentary drinks from the bar. The location is convenient, as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Bern. They also have a very nice gym.

It was super noisy in our room from construction noise. We didn’t run the AC so we had to open the window. I know this won’t last forever, but it was really noisy all night long!

Loved how close to the train station this hotel is, as well as lots of shopping and dining options right around. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I was allowed to check in earlier than typical check-in which was super helpful after travel from the U.S.
