"Loved the hotel. There for a private party I was working for, so decided to stay. Server was great, helped us celebrate my birthday and was willing to stay late for us after our gig was over. Great guy, got a big tip, just wish I remembered his name…"

"The staff was friendly and available at all times. Housekeeping came by every morning to check up if we needed anything. (Of course besides when we had do not disturb sign outside). Overall I had no issues."

"Water in tub could drain faster. Water starts to stand in tub while you’re showering other than that great experience."

"Overall great place. Clean room. Breakfast was just okay. Quiet on floor we were staying. There was a strong smell of someone smoking or burning weed on our floor, so maybe staff should walk each hallway a couple times a day. We came and went multiple times the night we arrived and the next day and it still had a very strong smell as soon as you got off the elevator. "

"The room set up was awful for a family. One bed was in front of the A/C unit so I was blown on all night. No chairs in the room to sit around the table, and to use the bathroom you had to go through the room where people were sleeping. No Bedding for the pull out couch and there was no way a wheelchair could have made it through the bedroom to the bathroom and we were in a handicap room. People/ employees were great, valet and front desk very friendly, but the room ruined the stay. "

"All the staff were super friendly, while the property is a bit pricey, I do think they try to make it worth it with their service. Another guest I met could not stop raving about the service. Also, if you are needing to go to the convention center, highly recommend, its a hop away."
