Stayed in July. Lobby is beautiful BUT room was a different story. DIRTY. Front desk lady attitude needed much improvement to put it mildly. Unfriendly, unwilling to help, all out refused to provide an extra coffee pod or even attempt to locate one for me. I haven't had such bad customer service in a long time. I will now avoid staying at ANY DoubleTree hotels. Don't want to risk having another bad experience & not being able to get coffee for the morning ahead in a room I paid for with a coffeemaker!!! Unacceptable!

They added a $15 fee to park simply because we used Expedia to book. It's free if you book directly. We were only informed of an upcharge if we wanted to eat breakfast, which I already thought was ridiculous!

The hotel was great. We stayed for a wedding. We picked a time when it happens to be basketball tournament as well. Our room wasn't ready at check-in. Which was fine given...they seem not to fill the shower amenties. Body wash and coditioner was about out. Call front desk-but they never came. Other than that-good hotel. I would stay again.
