"We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. This information should be noted when reserving...

"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...

Great places to sit outside or on your patio. Walking distance from numerous restaurants and stores. Breakfast was adequate and they have a nice little store with some snacks, beverages and amenities. There selection of alcohol at the bar is amazing! "
