"It's an apartment super close to the beach, it comes with everything that you will need. The only thing I would recommend is to have at least 3 o 4 hangers in the closet, it would be so helpful ."

"Awesome view, modern condo just enough for a group of 4 to 6. Spacious family room with great view of the ocean. Parking in the deck is super close regardless of your floor. Great customer service."

"Very good proerty to stay. Check in and online check in requirements should be processed 1 or 2 days earlier and not wait till last moment ( request for credit card and age verification)"

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"There was an unpleasant smell in the condo, and the washing was also broken, and the toilet vent was not working and It was scary that the ceiling would collapse as the ceiling got wet because it rained."

"The propert seemed a little dated, might be time for a refresher upgrade its not the 90s anymore"
