I booked this hotel for the amenities. When I got there I was told the pool was under renovation. There was a limited bar, no restaurant. I am handicap and look for hotels with amenities. Had they notified me of no amenities, I would not have booked this hotel. The staff was too busy on their phone to make eye contact with me. It was a bad experience.

1. expedia didnt reveal upon booking that the hotel was under renovation. no pool, no workout, not amenities! 2. there was no service to be had! they said there were other hotels to visit with a pool. it was bad. a workout gym a mile away. 3. all kinds of noises coming from construction. 4. my last day trying to take a shower. there wasnt any Hot water!!!!!!! absolutely horrible! at $350 per night. a joke!!!

We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and our room was ready (and they upgraded us to a junior suite). That was delightful after a red-eye flight. Renovated room is very nice, especially the new bathroom. Good view of the ocean. Checking in is a little awkward due to construction but once that is done, it will be awesome.

We chose a Marriott hotel because there is a certain standard that you can't go wrong with. Unfortunately, the hotel was under major construction and many amenities were not available. We were not advised of this at the time of the booking, and would have chosen a different Marriott option had we known.

Our room was lovely, but the hotel is under serious renovation. There is no pool or gym available. The lobby is a small make shift room on the lower level with no comfortable place to sit. The upswing of this stay was that our room was ready early and we were able to get into it at 10:30 am.
