Great location Murphys pub is down the street great atmosphere. Also there is a chilis and B-dubs within walking distance. There was multiple times during our stay the hotel keys didn’t work and had to hunt down someone to help. The people in the cafe were rude and got our orders wrong and didn’t even care.

The key system stopped working on New Years morning. Went to the front desk too many times to get my keys done to get to the room and the keys didn’t worked. Is unacceptable to not be able to get in the room, and to make to walk to the front desk for nothing! We weren’t able to go out on the 1st during the night because of the inconvenience of not being able to get in the rooms and tired of finding employees to open our door.

Property renovated but still needs updating. They used cheap materials & furnishings so it still feels old & smells it too. The worse issues the key to open rooms was not working our entire stay & we had to go to the front desk every time to get someone to open the door. Also a/c very noisy/loud and needs upgrading.

The highlight was our check in lady, she was so sweet and accommodating. But the hotel itself, terrible and nothing like pictures/advertised. We had gnats in our room, we were right next to the trash compost and it was going off throughout the night and early morning making it hard to sleep, we were locked out of our room for hours and had to wait for security to come, and then while we were prepping to check out people were banging on our doors saying it’s time to go prior to 11:00am. We were aware of check out and already packed up, gathering any garbage and food that may have been left. And leaving we tried to get food, it was only one person working and a wait time, we didn’t want to risk missing our departure. The stay was not worth the amount spent. You’re basically paying for convenience to the parks and even then the shuttles are not accommodating. Again the customer service, great, everything else, poor. Property was not clean and we could literally hear the person next door to us cough and sneeze.

Hotel was at a very convenient location and has an amazing pool! However the hotel room was a bit too small and guests in other rooms were very inconsiderate being very noisy, slamming doors, kids playing ball after midnight into the hours of the morning, front desk didn't answer when we called neither was there a security to alert as the Hotel fully states quiet time 11pm to 7am

I was impressed with the pics online but upon check In, it was totally wrong. The hotel overall was very dirty outside the perimeter plus the room was dirty. House keeping/linen/towels was upon request and it needed to be 24hours advance notice. We requested it once and they said “we will try”. It never happened. You can never get hold of anyone at the front desk or concierge. Upon checking in, the line was extremely long with only 2 employees. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property wasn't clean.The carpets had paper and trash all around.The property is outdated needs a upgrade. The toilet has a lingering noise when you flush.I stayed for three nights and was given a half of roll of tissue. I called the front desk three times asking for toilet paper.I never received it.I had get tissue from a housekeeper that was outside another room.It's to many other properties in the area to stay there.

The resort is close to many restaurants and gift shops, but our room did not get cleaned or serviced. When we have checked in the room the floor was still dirty and has not been swept. One of the staff was rude and did not allow a recheck in.
