Wi-Fi: Average - Not very fast but reasonable Food: - They have very good restaurant, we tried dinner, which was pretty good. - Fellas Pizza(right opp. the gates of the hotel) and a few Warung restaurants are nearby, which are very good as well. Services/staff : - Overall staff is very curteous and helpful. - I was impressed by reservation executive "Arin Kurniawan". He was responsive and made our reserveration. - They also run free shuttle to<=>from airport "

Yes the sink faucets are a poor design and there is some aging on fixtures but still functioned. AC was cold and the refillable glass bottle waters in the rooms were just fine. "
