"The location of the Hotel was fantastic. Nice clear water to snorkel from the hotel jetty. Their marine division actively plants corals that attract the vibrant marine life there. "If you get a room on the second floor be prepared for a steep walk up to your room! Some of the ground level rooms have a private outdoor shower and toilet. We had a couple of frogs and sometimes a small lizard watching us. The rooms closest to the reception you will notice a smell like sewage. "Had a great stay at the Jayakarta hotel. It is a lovely hotel, very clean, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Check in was fast. They upgraded me to sea view free of cost which was very kind of them. Room was very spacious and also the bathroom. They have room service. The food was good, a bit pricey. The pool area was great. They extended my check out to an extra half an hr due to my flight in the evening which I really appreciated. Free pick up and drop off shuttle included. "

"If you’re staying in Labuan Bajo for a couple of nights this hotel is excellent. We stayed two nights as it is very close to the port where we picked up a fast boat to Komodo Island. The location is perfect and the staff go above and beyond to help you. Lovely big room and AC is excellent. Fresh water and towels and room cleaned every day. "
