"This hotel is nothing fancy but the staff are kind, helpful, and friendly. The price is so worth it with free airport shuttle and breakfast. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Furnitures are kind of old but in working conditions. We stayed here to 3 nights and we enjoyed it. "

"The location is amazing. Unit is very beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. Service is good. Lighting is poor though, very dark and some of the doors isn’t working well. Toilet can be improved. This is very disappointing, there’s trash burning everyday near the unit that smells foul. "

"As guests we appeared to be nuisance to the staff. Breakfast was very poor for europeans and the indonesian food looked equally of poor quality. We had one evening meal here which was tasteless and served by someone who didnt care. It appeared that the children of staff or local kids had the run of the pool and we were in the way. "Wow! What a place! So quiet, serene and beautiful. Great accommodations...picture your own little gorgeous, romatice beach house with magnificient ocean views. Food was fantastic and the staff so warm and inviting and eager to help. We spent 2 nights here on our way to a liveaboard...could not have been more perfect! Beach/water was magnificent! "We stayed in a villa at the hotel. It was fantastic. Large comfortable rooms with huge bathrooms. A patio outside to relax or hang clothes and towels after using the nice pool or beach was a nice plus. The restaurant was good, with a variety of dishes. And there are beautiful sunsets. A perfect place for relaxing. "

"Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det...

"The hotel itself was fine, basic rooms and comfortable. But sadly, the communication with the staff was not good, limited English and was asked to check out half way through our booked stay (even though we paid upfront on Hotels.com). No explanation whatsoever, very disappointing which left us with a bad experience here."
