"We were able to check in just after midnight. The front door was locked by this time for security, but the front desk answered the intercom, and the service was great, self check in was easy. The front desk staff speaks perfect english. The cocktail at the bar was delicious! "

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"Hotel Cavour was perfect. It is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Florence. They have an amazing breakfast and the rooftop bar is awesome. It is loud at night and the rooms do not have air conditioning. That said, to keep the room cool I kept the window open but I found it hard to sleep due to outside noise."

"Es mi segunda visita a Florencia y decidi volver al mismo hotel por su excelente ubicacion, a pocas cuadras de la estacion de trenes, la brillante atencion por parte del personal del hotel. Es muy comodo, calido, limpio, excelente desayuno. La unica critica es el pesimo servicio de internet que tiene. Si bien son cosas que pueden fallar de manera temporal, en mis 2 visitas sucedio lo mismo."

"We checked into the hotel after we had a poor experience with our BnB. The staff were always welcoming! Beautiful rooms! Very clean and very close to the heart of Florence!!! Breakfast was great!! "My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine. "
