The hotel was great! Great staff and space! The only problem was the beds. Me and a friend shared a room, so 2 twin beds and they were so uncomfortably hard and terrible pillows... you'd get 5 stars if you upgraded the beds!

The staff at Hotel Paris was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The accommodations were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Within walking distance to major Florence attractions. A bonus for us was the valet service. We didn't have to worry about parking our car in Florence for the night as it was handled by the hotel with a local parking garage. Very convenient!

The only downside was no warning about the location of our room, which was up a steep flight of stairs, with no elevator. Made getting luggage up and down an adventure, which some travelers would not be able to handle.
