"I love this hotel! It's a really short drive from UCLA where we toured for the first time. Our room was so spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable! We also loved the restaurant on the 17th floor with great food and amazing views of the city. The staff was courteous and nice and Marcelo at the restaurant was just lovely. "It was a bit of a rough start because the room we booked had no WiFi and when you have kids you know how important that can be ! But the front desk really got it handled and moved our room and got us all settled. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and the tram going back and forth to universal on the hour was great . I’d definitely stay here again and recommend my friends to stay here too ! "

"Staying at the moment hotel was fine. Check in was easy and quick, the staff were all friendly. A downside was that the tv wouldn’t switch off one channel.
