"Lovely hotel warm and inviting. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of dishes, coffee was terrible though. I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again."

"Just a short walk from T5, the Underground Station and car park. Efficient check in. Porter to take cases to the room and a truly outstanding room with all mod cons. Bed & pillows were unbelievably comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. Only downside was being unable to raise reception on the phone in the morning to get our bags collected from the room. Would definitely stay here again "

"Convenient location by the airport for an overnight layover. The only disappointment for me was the quality of food at the restaurant. Chicken wings seemed undercooked/greasy and burger was nothing to rave on about. Staff attentiveness was excellent, however."

"The Heathrow Pod was brilliant! So much better than trying to walk or get a taxi to go 5 minutes - you would get lynched. The unimpressive thing was pulling back the doona to find a piece of chewing gum ironed into yje undersheet."
