"Good communication from the hotel. We arrived late and check in was very easy to get our key from the locker. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was lovely and warm and clean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help.
