"Hotel staff were excellent. Next door hotel guest became belligerent and irate in the wee hours of the morning and unfortunately I had zero rest. The walls literally feel paper thin bc I could hear their TV. Our room was also facing the street (SF Port parking area) and semi-trucks were super loud. I hope this review helps in making your decision to stay at Luma. "
