"I stayed at this hotel twice before I flew out of US and after I flew back to US. The hotel provided me nice rest before and after the long haul flights. The hotel and its adjacent "Park n' Jet" shared the same shuttle to transport guests between airport and hotel. It was convenient, one shuttle every15 minutes between 4am and 12am. The hotel provides water bottles, that was nice, esp. after a long haul flight! The room was clean or I was not picky. It was quiet and rendered me to sleep well (b/c I was sensitive to noise). The breakfast was O.K. but with cold and hot food. The staff was friendly. "

"We like Loews because they have a good parking garage. I feel safe leaving my car there, and the rooms are always great. I’m a repeat customer, and plan to use them again when traveling from O’Hare. Good shuttle service."
