"Best hotel in Chicago. 5 star service at a 2 star price. Hotel room was a huge apartment with lounge room study bathroom (bath/shower options) bedroom. Clean. Warm. Comfortable bed. Hotel foyer has free 24/7 drinks (water with lemon slices coffee etc). Free breakfast was the best hotel breakfast ever. Free airport shuttle is handy. Hotel is located near airport (not downtown where hotels are expensive). It is easy (cheap) to visit downtown Chicago via the train. Hotel staff are so polite. Only place to stay in Chicago."
