"It was great! Parking was expensive and had to navigate to park and get back in hotel. Did not like the check-in on the 2nd floor. Hauling luggage up the escalator was a pain and I originally missed the sign to go upstairs. Great room though and the cleaning staff for our room was very sweet and amazing. RM 2233"

"Overall stay was great. Two reasons why I gave 4 star in room 0523 are: 1. there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom where it literally steamed and all around walls of bathroom were wet! not good, it may create problem with molds eventually; 2. the lighting on the wall was not working. "
