"Everything about the hotel was on point until we tried to leave. It was -25°C without wind chill and I had plugged in my vehicle after asking front desk staff if this was a service offered. It was, except the plug ins were not functional, so we were stuck there with a frozen block heater. "

"The staff is friendly. This hotel is usually clean however the children’s hockey team has put boot prints on elevator buttons and chicken strips throughout the pool area. Not the hotel’s fault."

"This is very much a kids sports team hotel. The weekends are mayhem. Continental breakfast was decent, well stocked and was happy to see eggs and sausage. The pool is on the small side and was jam packed with kids all weekend. I found some chips on the on the carpet of our room in plain sight when we first checked in. The rest of the room and the linens were clean. Its definitely a family hotel so if you're looking for quiet, this hotel is not for you. The staff was pleasant and helpful...

"The staff here are wonderful, kind, and very helpful. The pool is probably the best in south Edmonton. The breakfast was huge with good hours and lots of options. There's plenty of great dining options close by, and it's really convenient to get in and out if you're coming from the airport or the south. The only critique is the room we stayed in was due for a bit of an update. Totally worth it for the pool and the great staff though. "
