Just remodelled so fresh and clean. Lovely, Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Eg, brown lettuce pieces and steak bites that I had to chew and chew and chew. I would come back for the room for sure.

It has an amazingly comfortable bed with great customer service as well. But I did call ahead of time to ask weather a credit card was needed or not and I was told yes it was okay but I needed to put down a $100 damage deposit. T ended up being $300 and I didn’t have that money so I had to try really hard to get it. I would’ve had to sleep outside in the cold due to that error if things didn’t work out.

I booked a single night stay at this property based on its proximity to the airport since I had a 7 am flight. When I arrived late in the evening and entered my room I noticed that there was what appeared to be dry vomit on the side of the chair. I tried to call down to the main desk but the line would not connect. I took a photo of the chair and showed it to the desk clerk. He told me that I would have to tell the manager the next day! When I checked out at 4am, I would be responsible for informing the manager about the dirty chair in the room I paid to stay in! I left the dirty gross chair in the hallway, but no attempt was made by the first staff I informed to address or fix the situation. I probably could have made a problem, but I was honestly just so tired :( I will never stay there again and would not recommend that anyone stay there either.

They did not take us to our required drop off. We asked the front desk amd pre booked our transportation for 630am. They were 10 mins late and then dropped us at the Teemknal which is not where we needed. Driver was rude amd arrogant. Ended up having to take a taxi which cost us 17.50$.and put us 20 mins late for our flight for work. We travel every 2 weeks for work and will not be staying here again..
