My hotel stay was okay, however it is suggested that the hotel upgrade their old mattresses. The mattress in Room #1210 is very lumpy. Further, why would there not be cigarette disposal ashtrays outside the building - so people don't have to walk through littered areas. Even though you say this is a "non-smoking" property, people are still going to smoke outdoors.

Property and room were nice and clean. Front desk called at least 3 times at 3:45 in morning until call answered and then they hung up afterGroceries were left in fridge by previous room occupants. $30 parking charge until check out.

Good place. They took last advice and made sure gym had towels and sanitizer. Staff really friendly. Good location for runs in river valley and around legislature grounds. Parking a bit steep and beds may need to soon be replaced. Bit soft.
