"Had a great stay and the room was great with an amazing bed. Shower was great and bathrobes and slippers always a nice touch. Pool was okay, Very disappointed that it was an extra £70 for my wife and I to use the thermal pool. With the cost of the room I'd expect it to be free or at least cheaper than £70 per couple. "
