"This proved to be one of the superior B&Bs we have ever used. Apart from the comfort and cleanliness we discovered two small brownies and two KitKats on the tea tray. Breakfast was delicious - porridge, fresh fruit salad, any cereals, full breakfasts and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon . Very inexpensive."

"Absolutely amazing stay for two nights. Host/owner is incredibly kind and helpful- even offered some honey/lemon for my sore throat! I stayed in the beautiful, clean room with the lovely, clean private bathroom with a fantastic tub. The private bathroom was located down a private hallway, which is so much nicer than having to go to/from it amongst other guests. I always appreciate a robe, so that was a nice touch :) Breakfast was great as well, and the bed was very comfy. I would absolutely...

"The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was acceptable with a good shower. The breakfasts were basic, and the dinners were pub style but adequate. The area is right in the countryside and the historic village church is well worth a visit"
