"Good things were that the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. However the rooms especially the floors could do with a lot more cleaning. The carpets needing shampooing and the bathroom needed bleach cleaning. There was also a bad smell in the building which was not pleasant. The receptionist was friendly which almost made up for poor quality issues "

"Room was a good size, the shower was large. Little extras lovely. Spa and treatment amazing. Hotel clean,staff friendly. Had room service quick and placed on table by staff."

"To date, this has been the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff really make it exceptional, they were attentive, and a pleasure to interact with. We will be coming back for sure to try out the Spa. We were only here because we were attending an event at the Race track. But now we know how good this place is."
