"Everything about the panoraMic Mountain Residence is amazing from the property itself, including the wellness area (sauna and hot tub); to the location next to the mountain; to the hospitality of the hosts from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. "The hotel was beautiful. The towels were so fluffy. I know that sounds silly, but I find most hotels in Europe have very thin and rough towels. These were luxurious. The room was nice and WiFi was good. Plug for US razors in the bathroom."

"I already wrote one review, but because I added two more nights to my stay to really relax in the spa (and you should too) I used their 10 percent off gift to try an incredible package with a bath in an amazing color light bubble tub wand then a chocolate massage by Klaudiusz. Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into taking care of people. I hope to bring my family back next year around Christmas. 🎄 But ask for the balcony rooms with the views. I had a little view of the mountains and it was priceless for me. Thank you again Klaudiusz. You made my trip here the best! Can’t wait to come back. My husband will love it!"

"Hotel Sabala is the perfect location for exploring Zakopane, within walking distance for hiking Tatra park and just steps away from shopping and dining. It is tucked away at the quiet end of Krupówki street. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered authentic cuisine and house made lemon vodka (our servers offered us complementary shots). Breakfast was varied and ample with lots of fruits, , veggies salads meats cheeses breads pastries and made to order egg station. Our room, a quadruple , was perfect for my son and I since we had separate bedrooms for added privacy and space. The balcony offered a nice setting with a partial view of the mountains. We enjoyed the lovely sauna and pool after a day in the mountains. I truly can’t say enough about this wonderful place. Having never been to Zakopane, I spent weeks trying to settle on a hotel.Choosing Hotel Sabala was a great decision! "
