The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. "The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere."

"A short few day stay with family to visit Kosice. Hotel is clean and tidy with all the basic amenities you need. Staff are friendly and helpful at reception, also in the restaurant (for breakfast). There isn't much to do around the area but we had car rental so it was easy to get by. Only downfall is room cleaning - they don't clean anything - only just fold your bed, no change of towels, didn't clean the cups, no top up of tea/coffee either. Overall was a good stay. "
