Fantastic Hotel and the staff is very helpful. absolutely a Hotel i will visit again, restaurant is great and the breakfast is also super good. very good car parking garage under the hotel. supreme location for visit in the city center or for hiking in the mountains. Very nice Hotel. Perfect location in the heart of the city. Very large and spacious rooms. The bed could be of better quality...also the towels are of a very inferior level. A bit of a problem with parking even though they give a good, efficient and cheap solution. A pampering breakfast with all the goodness to offer. The best espresso coffee in this city. Thank you for the hospitality.

Well, I have mixed feelings.
Wonderful and friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful decor, but in a 5-star hotel I would expect the spa not to have one tiny jacuzzi, not to mention the pool - in my opinion it is a wading pool. I have never seen such a small pool in any hotel. The gym also disappointed me - it was so small that I couldn't believe it for a while. To go to the spa, from some rooms you need to go through the lobby, which is a bit uncomfortable. In a 5-star hotel I think it should be organised differently :)
