"We were really looking forward to our stay but unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. For the price we paid, we were surprised and disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When we brought it up with the staff, we were told the problem was on our end — not the property’s. Overall, a frustrating experience that fell short of the standard we anticipated. Also I was there the day of my birthday- no acknowledgment...

"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip."
