"While close to a busy street, this hotel tucked behind a monument to Queen Isabella and Christopher Columbus, was a perfect location for this visit. Buses to the train and bus stations are very close by and the bus to the Alhambra couldn't be closer- out the door of the hotel, turn right and there they are! "The shower did not drain properly and when I informed the hotel, they brought me extra towels to soak up the floor and it appeared to be fixed the next day. The amenity soaps at the bathtub were empty and again, the front desk immediately brought us replacements. I found the front desk staff very efficient and courteous.
