"Our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our room had a great view. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a great breakfast and had a drink in the bar midday. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in the area. "

"Our stay was incredible, I don't have sufficient words to describe how amazing this place is. Mountain Residence Montana is rated as a 3 stars property, but based in our experience, it is fair to say that it deserves 5 stars. "Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"

"While the hotel offered a mildly comfortable stay, there were a few areas where it fell short. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. The aesthetic was very dated and dark. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would expect more for the price. "

"It may seem like the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but that's just a false impression. The surrounding area and views around the hotel are stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Looking forward to going back."

"Wonderful location in the Austrian alps. Very clean. Innervillgraten is a picturesque village that is only about 5-10 minutes away by car. It was fascinating watching the fields be tended to on the side of the mountains which seemed impossible to stand on."

"Not as advertised at all. No access to sauna They close reception at 8:00 PM You only get one key for the room … so there is zero flexibility for your vacation No gym I would save my money and find another place to stay in, there are plenty around the area"

"This place was a beautiful gem and good location between major parks in the Dolomites. The only improvement I would make would be to have better wifi (only worked slowly on our balcony) and have a refrigerator in the room. Other than that it was comfy cozy. "

"We loved the spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed for a 6-day stay. If we were staying longer a facility for washing clothes would be nice. Staff was very friendly and the kitchen was beautifully outfitted. It even had a dishwasher!"
