"The customer service was great and the room was clean just outdated. The bed was comfortable and they serviced the room every morning. Breakfast was hot but the fruit was old and in need of replacement. The coffee was a great start to a cold snowy day. Plenty of nearby restaurants and access to the expressway. "

"The front desk was accommodating and pleasant. The price point was great. The stairwell smelled horrible. The room wasn’t filthy but cleanliness didn’t stand out. The room matched the rent. "

"The room was comfortable however it was lacking basic items such as hangers and a dresser. Since it’s an apartment I would think these items would be standard. Kitchen was stocked with very basic items. The inside of the room was clean, the hallways needed vacuuming. Mud had been tracked in and that mud was still there 6 nights later. Onsite gym was awesome!"
